Adipose tissue is mainly collected from visceral fat and contains Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) in addition to adipocyte. Mesenchymal stem cells present in SVF of adipose tissue express MSCs receptors (CD44, CD105). These cells do not express hematopoietic lineage markers (CD34, CD45).
