AutoPure Triglycerides is a reagent kit for direct quantitative determination of triglycerides in human serum and plasma on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. AutoPure Triglycerides is readytouse, single liquid reagent system. With AutoPure Triglycerides, the assay is linear upto 800 mg/dl (9.04 mmol/l}. AutoPure Triglycerides contains lipid clearing factor (LCF) in its formulation. The LCF clears the turbidity caused by lipemic sample and thus avoids overestimation of triglycerides.
