The GeNei Hotstart PCR Master Mix (2X) is a ready to use solution containing Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, standard reaction buffer and stabilizers. The PCR product is analysed using gel electrophoresis post amplification. The mastermix contains all necessary reagents for amplification of the template. It should be stored at -20-degree Celsius for long term use and activity of an enzyme. Avoid frequent freeze and thaw to maintain the stability of polymerase. The mastermix provides 50 reactions sets for amplication of the target template.
