GenoDTech Chikungunya Real Time PCR kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on Real Time PCR technology, single tube reaction designed for qualitative detection of Chikungunya virus specific RNA in blood & plasma samples. It utilizes NSP1 as target sequences with human RNaseP gene serving as an internal control. Cy5 & HEX based flurophore detection makes our kit sensitive, specific & compatible with commonly available PCR detection platforms.
