It is a step ladder with 10bp differences between the DNA fragments. It consists of purified and ligated blunt-ended basic unit repeats of 5 bp. This ladder is not suitable for DNA quantification. It is provided with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye. This dye is ideal when visualization of small DNA fragments is important.
