As the liquid passes through the filter, impurities such as particles or bacteria are removed, and the filtered liquid collects in the bottle below. Reusable Bottle Top Filters are noncytotoxic and can be screwed securely onto glass media bottles with a 45mm neck size. These filters come with a removable membrane support system that is intended to deliver maximum flow rate and throughput. The filters are made of PSF and can be sterilized in an autoclave.
