Taq Buffers are laboratory grade buffers for use in molecular biology experiments. They are ready-to-use buffers for PCR using Taq DNA Polymerases. Available in different compositions and also without detergents. The Taq buffer B (653200011730) supplied by Genei contains Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25C) and KCl to maintain the stability and activity of Taq polymerase for a long period. It does not contain MgCl2. Taq buffer is important to be used during PCR reaction involving Taq polymerase. The buffer stabilizes the condition for working of polymerase enzyme by maintaining the pH. Store the buffer at 4-degree Celsius for daily routine requirements or at - 20 degree Celsius for long term storage.
